Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour time and receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled tour, no refund will be issued. We may offer the option to reschedule the tour, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the booking will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
  • No Shows: If you do not show up for your tour without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

2. Rescheduling Your Tour

If you wish to change the date or time of your tour:

  • Reschedule More Than 48 Hours in Advance: You can reschedule your tour free of charge, based on availability.
  • Reschedule Within 48 Hours: If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your tour, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that a rescheduling fee may apply depending on the circumstances.

3. Weather Conditions

We want to ensure your safety and enjoyment. If weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed with the tour (e.g., storms, high winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases:

  • Full Refund or Rescheduling: You will have the option to either receive a full refund or reschedule your tour for a later date, based on availability.

4. Special Circumstances (Illness, Emergencies, etc.)

We understand that unforeseen situations such as illness or emergencies may occur. If you need to cancel due to such circumstances:

5. Group Bookings & Private Tours

  • Group Bookings: If you have made a group booking (more than [X] persons), a non-refundable deposit may apply at the time of booking. The remainder of the payment will be subject to the same cancellation policy.
